Shenandoah and Rockingham Looking at Wind Ordinances

Planners in at least two SVN counties, Shenandoah and Rockingham, are working on wind energy ordinances in 2009 in anticipation of an industrial wind energy project application on Shenandoah Mountain. SVN will post more information as it becomes available.
