Shenadoah County Calls on Governer to Reconsider I-81 Rail
In October 2007, the Shenandoah County Board of Supervisors approved a letter to Governor Tim Kaine asking him to require VDOT to reconsider rail freight diversion as one of the reasonable solutions to truck congestion on I-81.
